How Travellers Apply for Azerbaijan eVisa?

The application process is completed entirely online in the following manner:

Step 1: Fill out the Azerbaijan Visa Application:

Provide passport, travel and general details and choose Azerbaijan eVisa type. 

Step 2: Upload the Required Documents:

Submit scan copy of the passport bio-page.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee:

The fee can be paid using credit or debit card, paypal or cryptocurrency.

Step 4: Check Email for Approval:

The approved Azerbaijan eVisa can be download from the registered email ID.

Travelling in Group

If you are travelling in group, you do not need to submit separate application for each traveller, use the ‘Add Applicant’ option to add for upto 10 traveller in the same application form.

Each added applicant must have their own passport and required details and are issued a separate eVisa.

• The visa fee is paid at once for all the applicants. No need to enter card details again and again. 
• Receive all the applications status update together on the same email ID.

Understanding the Amount You Pay at Checkout

The fee is paid online while submitting the application and can vary depending on the processing option selected by the applicant and their nationality. Azerbaijan visa fee includes following components: 

• Visa cost
• Service fee 
• Rush or super rush fee, if selected

Note: Standard processing is also available and it does not require any additional fee. 

How Passport Details Affect the Application

The eVisa is linked to the passport used for the application. The details entered in the application form must match with the passport details exactly.

The passport that was used during the application process must be carried when travelling to Azerbaijan.

Reviewing Application Before Submission

Before paying for the eVisa, the applicant must review the information they have provided in the application.

Particular attention must be given to:

• Applicant name 
• Date of birth 
• Passport name, issue date and expiry date
• Contact details 
• Travel details 

Submitting wrong or incorrect details will create problems during the processing.

What Happens Once the Application is Submitted

Once the fee is paid, the application is considered final for the review process. The visa professionals review the submitted documents and the information in the application and if everything seems good, the application is finally submitted to Azerbaijan immigration authorities for approval.

Making Changes After Submission

Once the applicant has submitted the application self-edits cannot be done. If the applicant find any error they must contact the Azerbaijan visa support and inform them.

Note: The submitted application is properly reviewed for accuracy and correction by visa professionals and if there is any error that can corrected by them they do it, else they contact the applicant and guide them on correction.

What Your Application Status Actually Means

• Pending: It means you have submitted the application, but it is incomplete from your end. 
• In progress: It means the application has been reviewed and processed by our visa professionals. The applicant will be contacted if additional documents or information is required. 
• Success: It means the applicant is required to check registered email for the approved eVisa. 
• Cancelled: It means either the applicant or the visa support team has cancelled the application. 
• Rejected: The application for the eVisa issuance has been denied by the Azerbaijan authorities.

Steps to follow if You Have Not Received Approval Email Yet

• Check spam/junk folder.
• Check the email address you entered in the application form. 
• Check current status using the status tracker available on the application portal.
